Ripbot 1.13.3 problems

Hi,
Recently i have been using ripbot 1.13.3 without a problem. Two days ago, i redid my computer, same os (vista ultimate 64bit), hardware, everything. I installed ripbot again but with the newer versions of ffdshow, avisynth, and Haali Media Spliter. Now i've done two movies which are Pinocchio, and Role Models. When i lock the size at whatever mb (19000 for example) it finished the encode at 9.39 GB exactly for both files.
I never had this problem before i updated ffdshow, avisynth, and Haali Media Spliter. Can any of you guys help me? Movies come out fine, but not at the MB i desired. Also with Role Models in the log file, i get a bunch of vbv underflow. Don't know what that is.
