N*L signal feed

HI

I want to reconnect my N*L feed which has been disconnected from box (Shore)outside. I have noticed that the connector box has an extension connected into splitter that is stopping me connecting to main feed. I haven't been able to unscrew this, Does anyone know how to get around this?
