disk lock not accessible in setup with a Philips DVP3264

Hi,

I just bought a DVD player (Philips DVP3264) and it does not recognise any DVD. In addition, in the set-up menu, 'disk lock' not accessible. Same situation after upgrading with latest firmware and reset to factory settings... Any help?
