How to use raw codes in Universal remote 1.2

I recently decided to get myself the ir remote to psp. i had alot of problem getting the remotes and ofcourse my TV could not be found but i did find the normal remote code. but instead of the normal code it looked like this.And other remotes use the normal code i checked it.

I noted that it ended with raw_codes. And seached world wide (google first hand)for a way to convert it but i could not find it. So i turn to this forum instead. i would appriciate if it was possible to find out and config your own code for your own tv that you lost the remote for and can´t find the code online. I tried to explain as throughly as i could. And i´m not experienced in anything that has anything to do with this subject so please write in an understandable matter :D
