Capturing Stills from Digital Cable - Green Hue?

I have captured a number of stills using my ATI Wonder Pro TV Remote Card. They all have the same intense green hue, is there something I am doing wrong? The colors look fine when viewing but as soon as I take a snapshot they turn greenish...
