green + red light = no audio/video

when i plug the ac adapter into the wall, the power indicates that it is red. when i press the power button, it turns green, but no display or sound. when i hold it for 5-6 seconds, it turns off. the fans aren't spinning either. could someone tell me what's wrong?

Check your TV if your Wii Connected to the correct input.
Check if you have connected the cables correctly otherwise your Wii is broken.
