Hi guys, first post so hope you can help, I've searched for the asnwer but can't find what I'm looking for!!!
I've just gopt Homebrew up and running with Zelda's nice little crack and checked it will load Backup DVD's which it does without a problem.
The problem I am having is backing up, backed up DVD's.
I've tried DVD copy using Nero 8 and the latest Imgburn and slowing both read and write speeds down to 4x (16x drive in Sony Vaio) and using Verbatim disks DVD+R...
From 15 attempts I have only had one successful burn after trying different backups on two different machines, something has to be up, can copy an original game every time (tried that to narrow the problem down)...
The problem is consistenly the same, the disks are always read fine but when going to write the disc I get the same meesage that it's having a problem with the borders and TOC...
Is there anything I am doing wrong or is there any s/w out there for PC's which is easier to copy Wii Backups than any other.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
You cannot just "DVD copy" a Wii games directly using Nero. Also notice you cannot also open the files inside the disc. Below is the procedure:
That procedure is only for original games fiber. If the game is already a backup disk it can be ripped back to an iso with imgburn on read mode. I'm not sure what rhaines problem is exactly but he does seem to be doing things right. I've never had a problem making another copy of a backup game.
It's not at all clear (to me) what you are trying to do. Are you trying to burn a backup ISO that you have acquired, so that it can be loaded by the Wii via Backup loader, or are you trying to archive backups (i.e. backup a backup)?

Are you using the same media(vendor) between the 2? or between DVD + R and DVD-R?
