Switching Hard Drive Between a Flashed and non Flashed Xbox

Ok so my question that if I use my hard drive to save on my flashed xbox is there any danger I will be banned from xbox live when I put it into my non flashed xbox and play online.

So to be clear I have 2 xboxes and want to know if it is safe to switch hard drive between them, I will be using the harddrive for backup game saves......any danger?

No problem. The information sent to and from the xbox 360 deals with challenge responses. All that is specifically dealt with the DVD drive. That is subject to change, simply because nobody knows exactly what is up MS's sleeves. But that is what is known as of right now.
