How to create a 1.5.1 version of Pgen?

Hey there. I've downloaded the 1.5.1 (unofficial pgen update?) version of pgen. The only file that's there is the .elf file. What other files do I need and where do I get them, I know there needs to be roms and don't worry, I have alot. So, basically I'm pretty sure you need other files (system, etc.) Would I need a previous version of Pgen, if so, what version?

You dont need any other files just put the pgen.elf on you hdd or mc and run it. If you mean the .cnf file it will create that file when you start the app. Hope this helps
