Long story short, I'm trying to convert a MKV video file to Mp4 to playback on my Xbox360 and/or PS3. I read the guide and followed all the steps, and everything worked out fine except the audio is really messed up.

I converted to, Stereo 2.0 which is the only one that works on Xbox360 I've read.

any ideas ?? I would really appreciate it

I too am having an issue with audio not syncing with the video properly

the guide is "Convert MKV to MP4 for Xbox 360 (Easiest Method)" and it always seems that the audio is ~5-10 seconds slower than the video.
I've tried everything to fix it but no luck. any help?

hi! this might be a little off topic but i hope u guys could help me.

so ive been using gotsent for a couple of months now and it has worked out for me pretty well so far. im trying to convert an mkv hd video that was encoded to have the 'russian' & 'english' as the audio track choices with 'russian' being the default audio track. so i opened the GOTsent program and saw that i can choose which audio it will use so i chose 'eng'. when it finished converting, the language was still in russian so i dont really know what to do. i already did it twice and still the same result. i hope somebody can help me out. thanks in advance!!!

I have the same issue as zunichi. Choosing the second audio track results in a file with the audio of the first.

Here's a solution that works for some files:

Run the Haali "Media Splitter Settings" program under Start > GotSent.
Under the Options tab, choose Languages > Audio languages priority.
Type "eng" in the field at the bottom and choose OK.

Now it will automatically select the channel labelled as "eng".
