Well everyone knows m$ failed to stop people from hacking the xbox 360 by adding the Lite-on drive. Now they can be flashed boo hoo less money for you. Well anyway. My brother buys a brand new system today and brings it over for me to flash. Build date 2008 11 13 so I figure ok its a Lite on. I get all the stuff ready open it up and find out its not a lite on drive it is a normal Ben Q drive. I thought that all the newer systems had the Lite-On drive in them not a normal BenQ drive. Has anyone else ran into this yet? I have done 28 systems dated after april of 2008 and they all had lite on drives in them.

They were still phasing the Benq's out then. Now I dont think you will find them if they have a manufacture date this year.
