Well im considering flashing my 360 and I have a few questions about the flashing/live.

Playing back ups online, I've read about stealth etc, but does this mean if a game hasnt got the stealth on it your likely to get your console banned from xbox live? and by playing online just means connected to lvie playing single player or actually playing online with other people?

Playing online is the only concern I have about flashing so if anyone has the time to reply would be great, cheers

This is not personal, but seriously, this question has been asked like 3 or 4 times today alone. I'll give you one, next time read every stickied thread and search.

The most important thing you need to know, is NO ONE knows absolutely how M$ Bans people.

Bearing that in mind, Yes your more likely to get banned playing games that aren't stealth(common sense), ANYTIME your cat5 or network cable is connected to your console you are sending M$ data, whether you are logged in to Live or not. Mod at your own risk.
