i put a burned music disc in my slim ps2 b4 that everygame worked fine now when i took the music disc out none of my games except for the blue backs work but the ps2 will read the other ones just wnt play them

stop playing music cd's on your ps2, your gonna shorten the lens-life span! how many times did you play music cd's? and for about... how long?

Blue one's (probably cd-r) Can your ps2 still play dvd games? (gold, white one's) If not try to clean your ps2's lens using a q-tip and rubbing alcohol, dip the q-tip in alcohol (slightly, dont wet it too much) then very gently wipe your lens in circular motion!

If it wont work, your lens is dead (the dvd-reader of your lens is dead)

Only if your ps2 can read cd-r's but not dvd's!
