Does anyone know if Peer Guardian works and if it is safe to use? If anyone can give me some information i'd be grateful, thanks.

Hi,

my friend endo says yes it works (not perfect, but the best that there is available) and it is safe. It is free and needs to be updated each time you use it. It is downloadable from Phoenix labs

In the windows p2p section, there is a user guide to using Block List Manager (BLM) in conjunction with PG. It tells you step by step how to install it.

I believe Creaky has posted the link a few times around here.

Thanks very much for your help. Somebody mentioned to me that when they had it installed on their pc it blocked everything including their p2p downloading which was another reason i was a bit wary. They said they couldn't download anything at all so ended up taking it back out their pc. Thanks again for the info and links, i will go have a good read of them.
