which ones do I put in the firmware folder?

I assume you are talking about the firmware folder in Jungle Flasher. Extract the bin from the FINAL and put it into that folder.

Are you talking about the case of the 360? There are 4 clips on the front and on the back there is 2 small rectangles by the power plug in and like 6 by the av plug. You just take a really small screw driver and push the tabs in through the small rectangles. You will hear each one pop and at that point you can pry the case open. Once you have 1 side off, you will need to remove 6 long T10 torx screws, and then you will have the 360 disassembled.
