legislation is due to be passed in europe that will allow your home to be raided if your suspected of intellectual rights piracy.bank accounts frozen and property seized is it just me or does anyone else think this is going a bit far.do these people not realise that a lot of films dl of the net are older films that people could just as easily tape of sat tv or cable.the music people dl can just as easily be recorded of the radio ,im not condoning piracy and people who dl thousands of songs are obviously not doing it for there own personal use but were will it all end were will the line be drawn.and whos standing up for the p2p users rights nobody is protecting there privacy if all p2p apps were banned which is what these people want i personaly doubt it would make a difference to the market .i think the idea behind this is if people cant get it of p2p they will have to buy it but will they i think not.isp should protect the privacy of there users we all pay them enough .cant see the difference between dl a film of the net or taping it of tv but thats just my personal opinion.
