I assume your asking how to play ps2 games online....well first off the servers are all shut down(at least the majority of them are), second you would need eithe a $ony NA for phat ps2 or a slimline model 7xxxxx(with built in NA) to connect them to the internet.
There is an alternative called X-Link KAI that you could search for.
