Hello,

First of all thank you in advance for replying

I've read somewhere that if you have ixtreme 1.5.1 (thats the one FW the guy that flashed my box said it was) you don't need to stealth patch your games is it true?

Now I know how to stealth my games i know this is used so i can play on line but what does stealth patching really do? i know what its the use of it but how does it work?

It is always recommended to stealth check your backups. It is just an extra step to protect you from being banned from live (keep in mind nothing is 100% safe).

Using a program like abgx360 will scan the backup to make sure it will pass stealth checks. In most cases it will even verify the backup with an online data base.

If any issues show up on the backup then you can set it up to auto-fix them.

Use abgx360 v1.0.1 to check stealth and auto-fix if need be.

I already told you what it does. It checks the stealth of the backup. If it finds an issue it will patch the backup so it is stealth. If it passes the stealth check then it doesn't patch anything.

Some games might be riped wrong and then uploaded for others to download. Doing a stealth check is just an added insurance that the backup has been riped properly. If it hasn't then it will patch the backup and fix any issue it has so it is stealth.
