Hi
I am hoping someone in the software world can help me. I am not a PC wiz so I will tell you the type of software I have installed on my pc.
I have a dvd burner +/- R, have my vhs hooked up to my PC. I have ATI all in wonder video card. I also have Netshow services such as encoder, Nero 6.0,Muvee auto maker, arcsoft show biz, MGI Video Wave and of course DVD Shrink. My question here is can I use the above software to create a DVD from my VHS.
I have read many articles on this and still seem to be mystified with all information.
