Hello,

I have a DMS4 pro mod chip installed with the HDD connect in a PS2 slim. The harddrive is mounted in an external enclosure. It is 500GB and when I booted into Toxic OS 0.41, it detected the HD and formated it. However, I am not able to load any games or install them to the harddrive.

If I change the start mode to normal, I am able to use my back ups with no problems. Any ideas? I have recently taken it out of storage since I have complete my latest deployment and I want to play some of the games that I missed last year.

Information taken from Toxic OS Setup:

PS2 info: Bios region USA, version 0200, Bios date 14/06/2004.

DMS4 HW version 1.0 SE Pro
Toxic BIOS version 1.4
Toxic OS version 0.41

HD free space 438 GB or more.

Thanks,
Lockery

Does it not dectect the disk, because using Toxic OS there is some bug esp on slims where it just doesnt dectect a disk, until you eject it and put it in again. And have you try to install it from a computer, its faster that way anyway. Using WinHIIP.
