Hi all new to this site so plz go easy on me. recently learned how to flash my Dbox with commando 10 which runs smoothly. However when i try my mates box it works fine at my house but has no channels at his. any help would be much appreciated-thanks.

if it works in your house and not in his house it would seem a signal problem of some sort.make sure he is cable and not terestrial or mmds.if he is cable and its not working,maybe he has a splitter on the line for a phone or broadband,make sure his connected to the right side of the splitter for cable.failing that if maybe he is close friends with a neighbour who has cable he could try the box in their house,if it works their also then he either has no signal or a problem with his cabling(unfortunatly if his not paying he cant ask the cable company to fix it)good luck.

thx for that. hes got virgin basic package n pays the bill however u might be right on the splitter coz he livesin pub n has his cameras runnin thru his tv too, but he never had probs with it til last week n hes connectin up the same way!
