Hi there...I'm new to this.Just got a brand new starview and still having problem at he installation part.Sorry if make a mistake on the terms coz not good in that.Tried to follow the instruction given in the forum but the scanning will stop halfway thru.I stayed in Gloucester and my virgin area code is 05 and supposed to be Telewest provider but still couldn't get thru.Check all the connection and managed to get the normal channel but always stopped halfway during scanning.Have tried default the factory setting but still stuck.Plz help...
