Well I am not going to type out the many ways to exploit a FAT PS2, as all the old methods still work.

I will point out the new guides for installing fmcb 1.8 to a mc
http://bootleg.sksapps.com/tutorials/fmcb/

All the guides are there on how to install

Free McBoot is a method of running homebrew applications directly off a Memory Card as a stand alone loader.

No boot discs or modchips are required once installed. You will however need to have a method to install FMCB to the MC
Hence that is why I linked to the guides, and to the INSTALL SERVICES.

ESR is explained here.
http://psx-scene.com/forums/freevast/58441-esr-public-beta.html

Basically it is a program installed to the Memory card that allows you to backup your PS2 game using a program called "imgburn" to an ISO file, then patch the ISO with esr disc patcher v0.24

Then burn it again using "imgburn" and play it on the PS2 using ESR "dvd direct" version

I have a few questions.

How slow is the memor 32?

Is there a way to quit midgame and select another title?

Will I able to acces all my save data or will I have to keep switching out data like I do on my ps3?

No, there is not way to quit midgame and select another title.
If you have a Ps2 hdd though, there is an elf file called "igr_hdl_rev2" by ffgriever that allows you to do a soft boot back to hdloader menu by pressing " L1+R1+L2+R2+Select+Start " on the PS2 controller.

You can access your save data on the PC using memor32 savegame manager or you can load ELF files to memor32 and use uLe to handle game save data.
