Help for upgrading CFW

Hi all

it has been some long since my last upgrade of cfw, currently held at 3.80 m33-5. but i realize that recently games require higher version such as 5.o m33 so my question is:

1) how can i upgarde my current cfw to cfw5.0 m33, hope u can guide me in detail

2) is 5.0 m33 stable >?, as many feedback shows it unstable but i hope to get some clearer feedback
