backups that can't be played with iXtreme 1.4 or 1.5?

I heard that backups of some of the newer games can't be played on iXtreme 1.4 or 1.5.

What games are those?

games that include a 3rd wave video partion.. a couple examples are MLB2k9, Tom Clancy's Hawx, etc. I believe most all brand new games will have this by the end of the year.
