Super Box no channels

Hi
I'm having a lot of issues with my box super, when I scan it finds 188 channels but only displays a handful, plus the signal is very jumpy on some of them.
After I scan and go to S*y sports to reset, the the box reboots, or says downloading data and does nothing. This has been ging on for several hours now. I tried turning on emu, rescanning etc... and no luck... Also when I go back into menu after searching on N%L the box resets to TW.
Anybody any suggestions?

do u have a 2 pin plug or 3 pin plug?,are u using any splitters or extensions?

2 pin plug, also using a splitter for signal.
Used to work perfectly!

change ur plug to three pin,and splitters cause problems with signal

power off at back for a min then on should work,also in user setup put summertime on.

I was wondering if I am the only person whose EPG has stopped working on my Super Box. Whilst it's great having 181 channels it's difficult when one doesnt know what programmes are showing. It's pot luck as to what I watch as I cant find a comprehensive listings guide. Thanks

hi nialluke your software is out of date(if you have free channels like euronews,but no scrambled channels)the software is here on this site.or you could download a toolbar like bigmaq,all the codes will be on it.then you enter them in to your box and it will work.sorry but we cant give out codes to people.good luck.
