My second xbox 360 died ( E74 ) this console was from third hand ( :) ) it was registered but not banned, some un-experienced person while opening this xbox to flash have damaged those holes behind console ( so i guesse no warranty )
and now :
i have a second console ( falcon 60gb from 06-08 ) not banned, registered to me ( i have recipe from shop ), so full on warranty.
I would like to swap shells(cases) from my 60gb falcon to this not working arcade and send it back as my 60gb conosole to microsoft for repair. It is possible to make something like this ? i know that near usb plugs is printed serial number of console but i'll swap it also.
Also, my 60gb had initially Lite-on but arcade with e74 BENQ, so i need to put a spare Liteon to this console ?
And finally it is possible to get my E74 fixed this method ?

if you do swap the cases, theres a serial number sticker under the front usb door, and one on the bottom side of the metal housing that the MOBO lays in. you might want to swap those so all three serial numbers are the same.

i would just swap #4 #5 and the one that should be under the USB door on the face plate. otherwise could just leave you in more trouble than what its worth.
