Flash Samsung ms25 help please

I am trying to update the firmware on my xbox 360 samsung ms25 drive to ixtreme 1.5.1 but am stuck.
I am using a downloaded tutorial.
Have made and using a NTFS Dos cd, I boot into that, and type YES when asked fo personal usage.
I pick my drive C:
I then type cd iprep
Then tutorial tells you to type iDump and your xbox 360 serial which I found on the back of 360 housing.
So I do that and hit enter and it comes up saying IDUmP is a bad file command.
I am totally stuck now.
Please help

I haven't used the NTFS DOS cd so I'm sorry, I am no help there.

But what I would recommend is the flashing program Jungle Flasher. Newest version is 0.1.55 and is very easy and straight forward. It is all GUI Windows based. Recommended OS is WinXP 32bit.

i have never used that either but does the tut say to place a space between the first 7 digits and the last 5 digits of your s/n like dosflash? if so make sure that space is there
