Yes, if it already has 1.5 on it, get the drive in half-tray status, click dummy from ixtreme under the DVDkey tab in JF, load the dummy bin, autoload 1.51, erase firmware and write.
The only reading you can do from a Lite-ON drive if it is flashed with 1.5 or 1.51 and that is the dummy bin info. The Samsung and BenQ, once you have read the firmware and prepared your custom firmware, you can just click write and it will send the chip erase and write. With the Lite-ON, you have to hit the Lite-ON Erase button, it will send the chip erase command, power cycle the drive, to return the proper vendor mode (0x72). At that point you can write the custom firmware.
