I have a softmodded xbox 360 that someone else done for me. I brought the necessary tools and have the files and I want to do an update to the firmware 1.5 However I don't have the original files because someone else modded for me. Is there any other way that I can update to the 1.5 firmware with and already softmodded xbox 360 the oringinals file i do not have

Just read your current modded drive and spoof that with the new firmware. Also, 1.51 is the latest...
