Just received today new box as in subject, for my pals who's old box max v i could not fix. So how do i un-scramble the channels please? Have tuned it in but can only get bbc1 all the others well most of them are scrambled.

Lisboa67 if what your trying to say is that all the sly movies and sly sports and santana sports channels and the likes of lfc tv, mutv etc are scrambled or code being updated that is because N*L are currently in the process of switching to Nagra3 and all those said stations are now on Nagra2 until the switch to N3 and on the eurovox range you cant get these channels back no matter what you do.

Yes you can, put on latest firmware and re scan them in as normal.
BTW what is wrong with the max v?

Brand new box today, plugged in and scanned it (uk) but 'scrambled' comes up on nearly all channels. Have i to flash this already?

yep, you`ll need to flash it.
Click on eamos library in my sig & open the eur0vox folder.
All firmware for all eur0vox are there.

Yes a flash is needed you will find everything you need in Eamos library

my box is a EUROV0X EX1000 SL

im only having it around 2 months, as the reason cant use in ireland, does anyone want it in uk? i can sell for cheaper...
