Bit Tornado Help

I recently downloaded Bit Tornado and began downloading torrents. I accidentally turned off my computer recently and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get those torrents back. Do I have to start over? I try to go in the Bit Tornado program and it tries to look for a torrent file to use and I can't figure out what to do with it there.

Shutting off your computer won't delete the file's, they will still be where BitTornado was saving them. Open BitTornado or download the exact same torrent again (from any site) and start it and thing's should resume where they left off. And, use some sort of IP Blocker like Peer Guardian if you're not.
