I bought a new Wii that came with 3.4U. I installed HomeBrew successfully. I used the Wad Manager to install IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad successfully. I then used the Custom Wad Manager to install cIOS_Fix.wad successfully. I then tried to use IOS Downgrader, the Wii hangs there with a blank black screen. HomeBrew does connect to the Internet. Does anyone have any ideas?

The IOS downgrader needs internet connection. so check your connection if you can go the weather channel and news channel and retrieved data then you have connection.
below is another user posted today. if possible you can also post your question here.
try changing the connection to Manual(static IP)

I just turned on Wii Connect 24 so I could access both the news and weather channels. I get data from both the news and weather channels, so my connection is active and working.

This is a very common problem. Make sure you are also using ios downgrader 1.2 and not 1.0. Just keep doing it until you don't get any errors. It may take a few times. Try resetting your router as well.

Yep, the serial starts with LU64****?. So, I will wait until there is a fix for this issue. I will test if needed. Thanks to all who responded and offered suggestions to resolve the matter at hand.
