I've modded 2 Ben-Q's and a Samsung with 1.5. I want to upgrade once 1.6 comes out, however I reinstalled windows and do not have the original firmware for them. I read when I was modding a Hitachi that I need to start with a stock firmware first. Do I need them for the BenQ and Samsung? If so how can I fix this? Thanks.

For the benq and sammy you don't need the original as it will just rehack the 1.5 fw to make the 1.6.
