i recently downloaded a psp torrent file and rar extractor but i still cant get it to work on my psp i did necessary steps but i still cant get it to play on my psp is there something im doing wrong?

yea, your not explaining enough...

you have custom firmware? what version?
you extracted the .rar and got a .iso or .cso?
you copied the .iso or .cso to the /ISO/ folder to the memory stick?
are you using the m33 driver for your umd iso mode in the vsh m33 menu?
what error message are you getting exactly?
