copy-protect a CD using a cue sheet

Hi,

I am trying to learn how to use a cue sheet editor, so I can
perform a similar task to this:

FILE "CFX.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
TRACK 02 MODE2/2352
INDEX 01 73:30:45

When the two modes, 1 and 2, counteract when a user tries to rip a
CD, then it will not be copied indefinitely.

I want to know how to do the same scheme, but this time
using the audio tracks. Would it be in between the indexes prior to
INDEX 01? Also, would I need to do Modes 1 and 2 for all audio
tracks respectively?

The Next step, afterwards, is how to successfully convert it to an ISO file, so that way it can be burned to a blank CD-R.

If anyone else can help me with this issue, please reply.
