I am buying a Wii for my son. I am pretty sure from discussions that a chipped Wii is preferable because the fiddling required with the games is quite painful and not always sucessful. Firstly is this correct?
There are lots of games on isohunt and they are all .rar. Do you just rebuild these and use a package like DVD decrypter to burn a .iso file?
Also do we need a special DVD-ROM to read Wii original games(GDR-816* LG)? Do you need a special burner?
Do any of the packages like Game Copy Pro work the way they say and do you need a special DVD-ROM reader to read the initial games for these packages?
Can Wii games be damaged just trying to read them on the PC?
Can Wii consoles be damaged trying to play a copied game?
Is there any internet issues using burnt games across the web?
