Im pretty sure other people had this problem...
I was opening my psp to remove the UMD drive and i accidentally broke off the black tab that connected to the power switch.
IDK why the hell sony made that thing so fragile.
The black tab on this.

Now it looks like this... kinda blurry but the power switch doesnt have anything coming out of it now. I always have to push it up with a toothpick or something to turn it on.

Does anyone know a way to glue or fabricate a peice to that little switch? I dont have a credit card so i cant just buy one online. ive tried crazy gluing a little peice to it but it keeps breaking off. anyone have any ideas? anyone willing to buy me one and send it to me if they have a couple of bucks to spare?

are you over 18 and live in the states? it not hard to get pre-paid visa cards from places like wlmart or walgreens to use online like www.greendotonline.com
