i have an xbox 360 x clamps done i even flowed the board to no avail!1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i ve tried differant av cables...i have it apart with no drive no fan after a few min 3 red lights flash i then it switches to 2 lights i know the 2 are for overheating.....someone please help

its green at first the center light flashes..after i run it for a few min three red lights come on...after it runs for a couple of more minutesit switches to only 2 red lights
