PSP MEMORY STICK PROBLEM

hi i ve just got my psp modified to custom firmware 5.0 m33-3. i accidentally pressed R button with the select button, it brought up this mini menu and my psp screen started to shake and lag, so i left it sitting there for the whole night and turned it on again in the morning. Everything seemed to be working fine but when i connected it to the PC it only showed 3 files dic, vsh, font i am not sure why.
i dont think anything is wrong with my memory stick because when i plug it in a memory stick adapter on my pc, it displayed everything else. But when i connected it using my psp it only shows the 3 files and it says the total amount of empty space is 40mb... it does it to both of my 4 g memory stick. I m not sure if is the menu thing or not. I tried fomatting it but it still only shows the 3 files. help please

That is the recovery menu...
There is an option there to make the USB read the UMD, Flash, or Memory Stick.
You must have accidentally changed it to one of the Flashes.
Go back in recovery menu and change USB read back to Memory Stick.
