Network update.

One could fake the sony update server using a DNS redirection.
Then make the psp think it's downloading OFW when it's actually downloading CFW. Then it installs.

No, while it sounds nice the network update function only downloads the update it doesn't install it so it might download but you wouldn't be able to install it like any other homebrew.
