It must be the 1.7 Dosflash if you're talking Lite-On, the command is DOSFLASH
Follow instructions from there. Read a tutorial. Search Youtube, google "Lite-on Dosflash" so anything ANYTHING besides ask a basic question that's been answered well over a hundred thousand times in this forum alone.
7. I then took a jump drive and formatted it and made it bootable from iPrep, deleted all files off jump drive that iPrep put on it, and copied over DosFlash16( contains 2 files DosFlash.exe and DosFlash.typ from DoshFlash 1.7 beta)(google DosFlash 1.7 beta for download) and also copied Lite_CFW.bin. Also L-O-Eras.exe At this point jump drive should only have 4 files in it.
8. Booted to my jump drive and typed L-O-Eras.exe + my SATA number ( Mine was EC00 [VIA CHIPSET]), Kept typing that til I got the 72 status (FF72). Then I typed dosflash.exe and it will start to populate all info off of sata. Make sure you have any sata CD/DVD drives unplugged. You should see something like
NAME: MXXC(MX25L2005 or Winbond/nex) That is your Lite-ON drive, the one you want (my corresponding number was 6)
9. It will give you 3 different commands, Read, Erase, Write
10. I chose write and it prompted me for firmware so I typed Lite_CFW.bin it started erasing and then started to write the firmware.

Well maybe if you read the name of the thread, it says in manual mode, not auto mode. I know how to do it in auto mode but I need to know how to do it in MANUAL MODE. So maybe read the name of thread before telling me the wrong answer and telling me it's been answered thousands of time because I certainly couldn't find it. Knob.
I don't think anyone has answered my question. I need the one command line. I think it starts DOSFLASH W....

That was for BENQ drives (Noob) and not Lite-On's. The DOSFLASH command to write to a lite-on is DOSFLASH (in MANUAL mode)
If you want to try and flash it like a BENQ then try this
Dosflash w PORT 1 A0 2 1 4 lite_cfw.bin 0
And all that took was a simple google search of YOUR THREAD TOPIC.
Fu**ing Genius.
