Have HBC and WadMan 1.3 updated to FW 4 accidently

I have a wiikey 2 installed and was working before getting greedy and updating to FW 4.0

I do have the Homebrew Channel and the Wad Manger 1.3 installed.
But whenever I start the WAD Manger it loads but I get an error when trying to read the SD card.

Also the Homebrew Channel doesn't show any apps.

Is there anything that I can do to fix this?
Or
Am I stuck waiting for a 4.0 downgrader?
