Real simple, my console is an NTSC/J. Now I've found this iso that the 'publisher' says is both NTSC/U and NTSC/J compatible but he has also attached this XDVD Mulleter image with it that only has 'USA' checked in the ISO details part.

Whoever I've asked wants me to download the file and check whether it's compatible with abgx360, but I don't have that luxury (downloading 7 gig files and checking afterwards whether they're NTSC/J). So can anyone tell me, or at least make a calculated guess as to whether or not it will work.

That particular release listed as origin of USA and the nfo on another tracker says region free but in the comments it someone said it didnt work on NTSC-J but that release was also nuked. there are other releases out there i would check those first

I've done a little more research, and from what I've found I think they still release Pro Evolution Soccer as Winning Eleven in Japan, and understandably so it's in Japanese.

I've looked far and wide for 'Pro Evolution Soccer NTSC/J' but have never come across such a release. Could anyone shed some more light on this?

You could just try and look for a region free copy of the game, never heard of the game so im not to sure if it is availible in region free but most games are.
