I have a PS2 79001 and was wodneirng if I should get a swap magic 3.6 or 3.8? I would also like to know if anyone can tell me a reliable and cheap retailer. Thanks.

Well, I can't answer your question regarding which version to get, but I do know that if you decide to get 3.6, you can get it for fairly cheap at vpgames.com. Everything went more or less smoothly, and I managed to get my two discs (sans packaging, which was just excess weight) within just a few days.

So you might want to try out vpgames.
