Hi all

i have a PAL ps2 slim installed with free mcboot. my question is can i boot a NTSC ESR patched backup with free mcboot

iv'e downloaded a game but its the wrong region, can mcboot still boot the game up. thanks

Yeah you could try the ntsc2pal patcher from SKSapps. you can find it here. Hope this help

Game should boot just fine, but wether your TV supports NTSC or not is different story. If it does, then no problems you can play it just fine. If it shows up as black&white or displaced you have to find some method to fix it, like NTSC patcher or so.

But, pretty much every LCD TV nowadays supports PAL and NTSC both...
