Amazon has announced the launch of its Xbox Live store which will allow users to purchase Xbox Live games for cash, cutting out the need to purchase Microsoft Points cards. There are over 100 games available currently, and Amazon is the first retailer to sell XBL games outside of Microsoft. this is a step in the right direction but xbox live is still complete BS

the new call of duty maps are 800 points which is 10 dollars but yet the smallest amount of points I can buy is 1000 for $12.50 or whatever it is, this is a complete ripoff and just another way to show how microsoft is a bunch of big money grubbing bastards. They need to put game ad-ons galore on this amazon site for the exact price then I will be happy

It says it in the article. Amazon will be given access to your XBL account to put the code for the game/addon you bought on it. When you login to Live next time it will show under your games as available to download.
