Have samsung ms25 draw will not open

Hi can any one tell me how to fix my samsung ms25 dvd drive when i press the eject button it just goes click and does no open if i tap the draw nere the eject button when it goes click it will open some time some of the way sometime all the way i have taken it apart but can not see why it wont open when the top is of it it open and close no problem but put it back together it won't open has anyone had the same problem and fixed it.

yes mate.
you can either keep a disc in the drive at all times..(it will open with a disc in)
Or you can replace the dvd drive pulley, with another pulley or double an elastic band up and wrap it round the fly wheel.
either of those work.

Actually I had this problem before, it happens with a bad flash. I'm just guessing but this might be for your case too. I was trying to make backups with my Sammy 28 when I accidentally flashed the wrong firmware to it. It wouldn't open or read anything. Thinking I had a bad flash, I tried to reflash it. Everytime I hooked it up to my computer it would freeze. So what I had to do was open up JungleFlasher and get ready for a flash, so basically act like I was flashing a non existant xbox. I hurried up and started the vendor read etc., and turned on my drive. And instantly it started flashing. I got it flashed and it read fine. So try a re-flash, and if that solves your problem then let us know. If not comeback and I'll try to help you again.
