Need help! Put in new blu ray drive, still not reading disc

so im trying to repair a 60 gb and a 80gb. they all work fine other then not reading games. ordered 2 new drives off ebay from reputable seller. put one in each system, still doesnt read games. any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi, either the IC controlling the Bluray drives have gone, or your rails are out of allignment, i dont know much about correcting the rails issue but if your not good at solder with a needle then your motherboard is as good as dead unless someone can give better help

sorry man, try find some info on alligning it then you might have more luck
