Despite being backed by President Nikolas Sarkozy and approved by the Senate, the French National Assembly has rejected a bill which proposed that Internet pirates have their connections suspended. these peeps make bill and later on dismiss , then create it again and then again delete , why are these guys even in payroll.

Piracy is simply reduced by a choice of price , the more you try to narrow piracy and increase the price , the more piracy will increase , becuase ordinary peeps are the consumers and suppliers of the goods

I think the president has certain personal interests in the bill since he is married to a singer...
